21st Adaptation to technical and scientific progress (21st ATP) to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 5th of January 2024.
After the draft regulation has been circulating between different EU agencies and committees for quite some time, it is now official: The 21. ATP has officially been published and shall apply from 1st September 2025. It can however be used before that date – that is from 25th January 2024. That means your suppliers might start changing the labelling and classification of certain substances very soon!
