The deadline for harmonizing your safety data sheets in accordance with the Amendment to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP) for the purposes of its adaptation to technical and scientific progress (18th ATP) expires on 1 December 2023.

You may be wondering, why I am writing about this almost half a year before this deadline?
There are two reasons for this.
Firstly, because it will be vacation time soon. So now, you have just enough time to arrange it and then go peacefully on vacation (without this burden hunting you).
If you leave it for “later” you will forget about thins until you end up chasing the last deadline to harmonize your safety data sheets with the 18th ATP.
Secondly, if you have the service for creating and updating safety data sheets (Chemius Expert), you can relax and spend your time on other things. These days we are finishing updating all safety data sheets that are affected by the 18th ATP. We will also inform you about this in writing. Now I don’t know about you but to me, it just doesn't get any easier than that.
