Yes, you can.
Not every company has a VAT number ready - especially new entities or those restructuring operations.
The good news?
You can generate a UFI without a VAT number or also chose to do so even if your company has a VAT number.
This allows you to proceed with PCN submissions.
The good thing is also that certain UFI decoders won’t be able to track these UFIs back to your company.
