Safety Data Sheet The safety data sheet must comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 and should be submitted in the official language of the country where the product is being registered. You can check here which countries accept English and which do not.

Section 3 Data of the Safety Data Sheet Information in Section 3 must be correctly provided: EC and/or CAS and/or REACH numbers, the exact concentration of the substance (%, ppm, g/L), and the classification and labeling of the substance in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008. If there are threshold values for substances, these should also be included. The minimum possible total concentration of substances is 70%, and the maximum possible is 100%.

ECHA Account Since PCN notifications are made through the ECHA portal, you'll need a username and password to access your ECHA account. If you don't have one, the Bens Consulting team can create it for you.

Contact Person's Name in the Company The contact person will be the point of contact for any further inquiries from the Poison Centre regarding the product. .

Additional Product Code If your product is labeled with a unique product code, please provide that number.

Product Use Specify whether the product's use is industrial, general, or professional. Multiple uses can be listed simultaneously.

Packaging and Packaging Units For each product, details about the packaging (bottle, plastic container, cartridge, etc.) and the packaging unit (g, mL, etc.) are needed.

Registration Countries Indicate the countries where you intend to register the product (EU, EEA, EU/EEA).
