New classification and labelling of titanium dioxide as a substance or in mixtures according Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/217 (a.k.a. 14th ATP) is just around the corner – it applies from 1st October 2021. We already wrote on this topic here.

A Guide that we have been long waiting for...

In order to help companies and national authorities understand how mixtures containing titanium dioxide need to be classifed and labelled, ECHA has published a Guide on the classification and labelling of titanium dioxide. The guide is available for download here. The guide shows many practical examples and it should be your tool when assesing the classification and labbeling on the concerned mixtures.

However if you need an expert's opinion on how to classify your mixtures containing titanium dioxide, we can help you.  We are only one call or e-mail away.
