»We are going to sell chemical substance as a final product with our own trade name.
Do we have to use UFI and register also this product (substance)? Chemical name of the substance and index number will be placed on the label as well.«
Here's what I wrote back to our client:
»UFI and PCN notification is required for hazardous mixtures and not for substances.
You do not have to make PCN notification for substances.«
