15th Adaptation to technical and scientific progress (15th ATP) to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) has been published in the the Official Journal of the European Union on 11th August 2020.
It brings changes to the classification and labelling of some existing harmonized substances and adds new harmonized substances in Part 3 of Annex VI.
Quick overview in numbers:
- 37 new entries with an index number,
- 22 existing entries are replaced (for 605-019-00-3 the replacement is not listed),
- 2 entries are deleted.
It shall apply from 1 March 2022.
However, substances and mixtures may, before 1 March 2022 be classified, labelled and packaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as amended by this Regulation.
