Many companies ask us in which countries we can assist them in notifying biocides.

Namely, the biocidal product must be notified in each country where you wish to place it on the market. Therefore, registering a product in Slovenia does not mean you can sell it also outside that country.

Here is a list of countries in alphabetical order where we have already done notifications and can certainty help you:

  • Austria

  • Bulgaria

  • Czech Republic

  • Croatia

  • Denmark

  • Estonia

  • Germany

  • Hungary

  • Norway

  • Poland

  • Slovenia

  • Serbia

  • Slovakia

  • United Kingdom

Now, if you are interested in any of the 14 countries, just write to my colleague Dr. Simona Tušar at simona.tusar@bens-consulting.com.

Simona will tell you what documentation you need, what the costs are, and how long the whole process usually takes. All this can vary considerably from country to country.

So, if you are interested in registering biocides in other countries, simply "raise your hand" and Simona will be happy to help.
